About Dashwise
Dashwise wants to reimagine B2B software: an operations platform for manufacturing, construction and trade. One governed workspace with identity, permissions and audit, and a marketplace of modules on it.
A small team, early and growing. Decisions still get made in a room, against real usage rather than a roadmap slide. There is more to decide here than to inherit.
What you will do
Most requirements do not arrive as a ticket. They arrive as a sentence on a shop floor: "we have done it this way for twelve years." Your job is to take that sentence apart until it has become a flow, a data model and an acceptance criterion. Someone who keeps asking until it gets uncomfortable gets further here than someone who takes notes quickly.
Then you stay with it: our modules are built with our own CLI and SDK, in Next.js and TypeScript, and you build them too. From the conversation to the thing running in daily operations is one stretch, not two roles. Around 16 to 20 hours a week, around your lectures.
- Join founders and sales on customer calls and site visits: factory floors, construction sites, warehouses
- Listen and take notes: how does the process actually run today, and where do the paper slips, the spreadsheets and the follow-up calls come from? Push when something stays unclear, and close the open questions with the customer afterwards
- Turn conversations into a clean specification: user flow, data model, acceptance criteria, open questions
- Develop and test new Dashwise modules using our CLI and SDK (Next.js, TypeScript)
- Coordinate your own customer projects
What you offer
- Enrolled at a university, in business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, business with a technical focus, or similar. If you come from somewhere else entirely and can code: apply.
- Structured thinking: you can turn an unsorted conversation into an ordered written requirement
- Presence that holds up on a factory floor. You will be talking to plant managers and owners, not to tech people.
- Business-fluent English and German
- Nice to have: B2B experience and projects you have led yourself
