About Dashwise

Dashwise wants to reimagine B2B software: an operations platform for manufacturing, construction and trade. One governed workspace with identity, permissions and audit, and a marketplace of modules on it.

A small team, early and growing. Decisions still get made in a room, against real usage rather than a roadmap slide. There is more to decide here than to inherit.

What you will do

This site is not a template. It is a design system with two colors, rules about when a card is allowed to move, and a page of its own for every part of the product. You will work inside that system, and after a while you will start arguing with parts of it. That is the point.

The work is mixed: page sections in Figma and then in the browser, module illustrations, screenshots that actually show something, material for social and decks, the occasional piece of writing. If it interests you, product and UI design come with it. Around 16 to 20 hours a week, around your lectures.

  • Extend our visual system and hold it together as it grows
  • Design the assets we actually work with: social graphics, pitch deck slides, one-pagers, trade fair material, sales collateral
  • Run our LinkedIn and online presence: plan, design, publish, maintain
  • Maintain and extend the website: content, landing pages, structure
  • Turn customer conversations into visible proof: case studies, quotes, screenshots

What you offer

  • Enrolled at a university, in design, media, marketing, communications, HCI, computer science, or something else entirely. We care what you can do, not what is on the student ID.
  • A portfolio. This is the requirement that matters most. Website, PDF, Behance, Figma link, the format does not matter.
  • A real feel for typography, grids and spacing. You notice when something looks "a bit off" and can say why.
  • Builder mentality: you want to define the process, not inherit one
  • Business-fluent English, German is a plus. Video editing or experience with B2B and SaaS brands is a bonus.

What we offer

  • Real creative latitude: you work on the brand, not ticket #47. What you build ships, and stays.
  • Your degree comes first: flexible hours around lectures. We scale hours down during exam periods and up during semester breaks, no negotiation needed.
  • Flexible setup: a Munich office with home-office days
  • Modern tooling: hardware of your choice, proper software, and whatever else you need
